Solar panels are becoming increasingly popular among home and business owners due to the opportunity not only to reduce their own electricity costs, but also to earn money by selling excess electricity at the so-called "green tariff". This is a special program that stimulates the development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine, giving owners of solar power plants the opportunity to sell electricity to the general network on favorable terms.

What is a "green tariff"?

"Green tariff" is a special program that allows individuals and legal entities that have installed solar panels from the leading company "MIT Technics" to sell excess electricity to the state at a fixed rate. This tariff is usually higher than the market price of electricity, which allows you to make additional profit from the installation of a solar power plant.

How does the "green tariff" work in Ukraine?

1. Installation of solar panels. First, you need to install a solar power plant on your home or business.

2. Connecting to the network. After installation, the power plant is connected to the general power grid, which allows you to fix excess electricity.

3. Sale of surpluses. Excess electricity that you do not use for your own needs is automatically sold to the state at a favorable rate.

4. Receiving income. You regularly receive payment for the electricity sold, which allows you to partially or fully offset the costs of installing solar panels.

Advantages of the "green tariff"

• Additional income. Thanks to the "green tariff" program, the owners of solar power plants can receive a stable income from the sale of electricity.

• Quick payback. Selling surpluses at a "green tariff" accelerates the payback of the system, making the investment in solar panels even more profitable.

• Environmental responsibility. The use of renewable energy helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions and improve the environmental situation.

Is there an economic benefit?

The payback of a system connected to a "green tariff" can be 3-5 years, depending on the capacity of the solar station and the region. In sunnier regions, such as the south of Ukraine, the economic benefit may be more tangible, as electricity production will be greater.

How to connect to the "green tariff"?

To connect to the "green tariff" program, you need to perform several steps:

1. Obtain permission to install a solar station and install solar panels from "MIT Technika".

2. Connect the system to the network and issue the necessary documents with the energy supply company.

3. Install a two-way meter that will record both consumed and produced electricity.

4. Sign an agreement with the energy supplier on the sale of electricity at the "green tariff".

Conclusion

"Green tariff" is a unique opportunity not only to reduce one's own electricity costs, but also to earn money by selling surplus energy to the state. Such a system stimulates the development of renewable energy sources in Ukraine and contributes to economic benefits for the owners of solar power plants.
